ProNexo Privacy Policy

ProNexo and ProNexo Pro · Privacy contact

Contact pronexo.supportall@gmail.com for privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests. This policy covers the apps and the ProNexo marketplace.

Information you provide

Account information includes your name, email and account identifier. Marketplace information includes your professional or business profile, category, city or ZIP code, service area, profile images, requests, proposals, messages, appointments and reviews. Fields may be optional or required depending on the feature.

Professional registration documents

Professional registration requests your legal name and a photo of your identity document. We store the document privately for registration and account support. Authorized operators may access it for these purposes. Previously submitted selfie images remain subject to the consent and retention period accepted when they were submitted.

Technical and subscription information

Authentication and security systems process session information and request metadata. Our hosting provider may maintain technical access and error logs. When subscription features are used, we process provider references and subscription, invoice or payment status. Payment details entered in a payment provider’s checkout are handled by that provider.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, display professional profiles, route service requests, support conversations and appointments, display eligible reviews, maintain registration documents, address reports and abuse, provide support and manage applicable subscription records.

Who can see information

Published professional profiles and eligible reviews are public. Requests, proposals and messages are available to the relevant participants and authorized platform operators where needed for support or safety. Do not place passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information in messages or public profiles.

Service providers

The platform uses Turbo Cloud for hosting, transactional email services for account and message notices, and payment services such as Stripe when billing features are used. The apps are built and distributed using Expo and Apple services. Providers process information needed to deliver their services under their applicable terms.

Optional AI assistance

Where available, AI assistance sends the text you enter to OpenAI only after the required consent. Avoid including sensitive personal information. The assistant provides information and cannot access your private marketplace records or perform transactions. Provider processing is subject to its own applicable privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

Account and marketplace records are kept as needed to provide the service and handle security, disputes or unresolved billing. Account deletion is available under Account and requires your current password and confirmation. The active account and related content are removed or replaced with a deleted-account marker as required to preserve related workflows. Limited pseudonymous billing references may remain to reconcile unresolved provider events. A confirmed account-deletion request also cancels the account’s ProNexo subscription and pending ProNexo checkouts before the account is removed. If payment-provider cancellation cannot be confirmed, deletion is not completed and the account is kept for a retry. This process does not issue an automatic refund.

Identity images and backups

Registration documents are encrypted in storage and are not part of the public profile. New receipt-based submissions are kept for up to one year or until account deletion. Earlier submissions retain their original expiry date. Expired images are cleared when the status cleanup runs. Separate restricted backups may contain earlier data until those backups are retired. Contact the operator for questions about retained information. This policy does not promise a fixed automatic backup deletion schedule.

Your choices and safety

You can manage your profile, notification preferences and blocked users in the app, report profiles, messages or reviews, and request help or exercise privacy choices by contacting support. We may request information needed to verify that the account or request belongs to you. Do not send your password or verification codes.

Updates

We will update this policy when relevant practices change. The current version will be available at this address. Effective October 24, 2026.
